TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION

Here we offer a building solution that hugely simplifies things for the project owner.

We handle every aspect of construction, from start to finish. This way, the owner doesn’t need to spend time searching for subcontractors and hiring them, nor do they have to take part in the construction itself until it is completed. Once the building construction is done, the client is able to “turn the key” and start using the new building.

In other words, this is a delivery method in which we work with a project owner under a single contract to complete all project stages from design, detail engineering, supply procurement, and construction of the building.

To mention a few, the advantages of turnkey construction include the following:

Eliminates inconveniences for the project owner by placing responsibilities on us that would otherwise fall on the owner in a traditional design-bid-build (DBB) delivery.
Project owners who are strapped for time won’t have to take an active role in the design, supply, purchasing, and construction phases. Project owners or employers need to only provide access to the site, help with the procurement of licenses and permits, and approve phases of the project as stipulated by the contract.

This room (often referred to as a ‘safe room’ or ‘panic room’,) as its name suggests, is a room that keeps you protected and sheltered from an external invasion threat.

This room will be designed and fortified to provide a safe, impenetrable location for designated people to shelter in during an attack, home invasion robbery, or kidnapping for ransom, typically from intruders of some sort.

In other words, we construct a hidden, comfortable, and highly secured room inside a residence for use by the family that lives there.

These rooms would be set up to repel intelligent human attacks, such as from a home invasion or an opportunistic burglar.

By using a combination of custom security doors, windows, reinforced walls, and ceilings, we can create a discreet space for you that no one is entering unless you’ve specifically allowed them to.
